Choose the office that created or now holds the record. A city police report may remain with Blytheville, Osceola, or Manila, while the sheriff controls a county booking record made after transfer to the Mississippi County Detention Center.

- For someone just arrested, check the Daily Arrest Report and county current roster, then call the arresting agency if processing or city custody may explain a missing result.
